ఇయ్యాల తెలంగాణ : 2 మేకీర్తి సురేష్‌ పేరు వినగానే మనకు ‘మహానటి’ సినిమా గుర్తుకు వస్తుంది. నాగ్‌ అశ్విన్‌ తెరకెక్కించిన ‘మహానటి’ సినిమా ఏ స్థాయిలో విజయం సాధించిందో చెప్పక్కర్లేదు. సౌత్‌ ఫిల్మ్‌ ఇండస్ట్రీ ఆరాధించే నటి సావిత్రి బయోపిక్లో కీర్తి సురేష్‌ జీవించేసింది. మహానటి సావిత్రి పాత్రకు ఎవరూ ఊహించని స్థాయిలో ప్రాణం పోసి విమర్శకులే కాదు సినీ విశ్లేషకు సైతం నోరెళ్లబెట్టేలా చేసింది. ఈ సినిమాలో ఉత్తమ నటన ప్రదర్శించినందుకు గాను ఆమె జాతీయ ఉత్తమ నటి అవార్డును అందుకొన్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే. తక్కువ సమయంలోనే జాతీయ అవార్డును సొంతం చేసుకున్న మహానటి కీర్తి సురేష్‌ సినీ ఇండస్ట్రీలోకి ఒకప్పటి నటి మేనక కూతురుగా చైల్డ్‌ ఆర్టిస్ట్‌ గా అడుగుపెట్టింది. ‘పైట్స్‌’ అనే మయాళ చిత్రంలో అనే బానటిగా కనిపించింది. ఆ తరువాత బానటిగా కొన్ని సినిమాు చేసింది. ఇక తొగులో రామ్‌ హీరోగా నటించిన ‘నేను శైజ’ సినిమాతో హీరోయిన్‌ గా టాలీవుడ్‌ కి పరిచయమైంది. ఆ తర్వాత నాని హీరోగా నటించిన ‘నేను లోకల్‌’ సినిమాలో హీరోయిన్‌ గా నటించింది. తమిళ్‌ లో పెద్ద పెద్ద స్టార్లతో నటించిన కీర్తి తొగులో పవర్‌ స్టార్‌ పవన్‌ కళ్యాణ్‌ సరసన ‘అజ్ఞాతవాసి’ చిత్రంలో నటించింది. అయితే ఈ సినిమా పరాజయం పాలైంది. దీంతో తొగులో స్టార్‌ హీరో పక్కన ఛాన్సెస్‌ రాలేదు. ‘మహానటి’ లాంటి సినిమాు వస్తున్నప్పటికీ స్టార్‌ హీరోతో నటించే అవకాశం మాత్రం రాలేదని చెప్పవచ్చు. ఇతర ఇండస్ట్రీలో మాత్రం క్రేజీ ప్రాజెక్ట్స్‌ చేతిలో పెట్టుకొని తన హవా కొనసాగిస్తూ వస్తోంది.
కీర్తి సురేష్‌ ప్రస్తుతం సూపర్స్టార్‌ రజనీకాంత్‌ నటిస్తున్న ‘అన్నాతే’ చిత్రంలోను.. కార్తీక్‌ సుబ్బరాజు ‘పెంగ్విన్‌’ మోహన్లాల్‌ నటిస్తున్న ‘మరక్కార్‌ అరబికదలింటే సింహం’ సినిమాల్లో నటిస్తోంది. ఇక తొగులో ‘మిస్‌ ఇండియా’ ‘గుడ్‌ క్‌ సఖీ’ ‘రంగ్‌ దే’ చిత్రాల్లో నటిస్తున్నారు. ఇప్పుడు తొగులో నటిస్తున్న ‘మిస్‌ ఇండియా’ – ‘రంగ్‌ దే’ సినిమాతో కీర్తి టాలీవుడ్‌ టాప్‌ హీరోయిన్‌ గా మారే అవకాశం ఉందంటున్నారు సినీ విశ్లేషకు. కీర్తి సురేష్‌ లీడ్‌ రోల్‌ పోషిస్తున్న ‘మిస్‌ ఇండియా’ సినిమాను ఈస్ట్‌ కోస్ట్‌ ప్రొడక్షన్స్‌ మహేష్‌ కోనేరు నిర్మిస్తుండగా నరేంద్రనాథ్‌ తరుణ్‌ దర్శకత్వం వహిస్తున్నారు. ‘రంగ్‌ దే’ సినిమాలో నితిన్‌ హీరోగా నటిస్తుండగా వెంకీ అట్లూరి దర్శకత్వం వహిస్తున్నారు. బీవీఎస్‌ఎన్‌ ప్రసాద్‌ ఈ చిత్రాన్ని నిర్మిస్తున్నారు. ఈ రెండు చిత్రాు కానీ బాక్సాఫీస్‌ వద్ద సూపర్‌ హిట్‌ చిత్రాుగా నిలిచినట్లైతే తొగులో ఆమె కెరీర్‌ బాగుంటుంది. అంతేకాకుండా కీర్తికి ఇంక టాలీవుడ్‌ లో తిరుగుండదని చెప్పవచ్చు. ఈ బ్యూటీకి అప్పుడు పెద్ద హీరో దగ్గర నుంచి పిుపు వస్తాయి. దీంతో టాలీవుడ్‌ టాప్‌ హీరోయిన్‌ అయ్యే అవకాశాున్నాయి. ఒకవేళ ఈ రెండు సినిమాు ప్లాప్‌ అయితే మాత్రం కీర్తికి టాలీవుడ్‌ లో కష్టమే అని చెప్పొచ్చు. ఎందుకంటే ఈ ముద్దుగుమ్మ స్కిన్‌ షో విషయంలో కాస్త వెనకా ఉండటంతో క్రేజీ ప్రాజెక్ట్స్‌ దక్కే ఛాన్సెస్‌ లేదు. ఇది ఈ బ్యూటీకి కాంపిటీషన్‌ ఇచ్చే వారికి చాలా ప్లస్‌ అవుతుంది. కరోనా క్రైసిస్‌ తరువాత అయినా కీర్తి కాస్త గ్లామర్‌ డోస్‌ పెంచితే.. హిట్‌ ప్లాపుతో సంబంధం లేకుండా క్రేజీ ఆఫర్స్‌ ఈ బ్యూటిఫుల్‌ లేడీ తుపు తడతాయని సినీ విశ్లేషకు అభిప్రాయపడుతున్నారు.
